Meet Our
Designer
Cesar Beltran
has developed more than 500 custom landscape designs over the past fifteen years.
His work has been primarily with residential landscapes, where he has
particular expertise in the use of perennial plants and water features.
He
enjoys the challenge of customizing the landscape to a homeowner's unique
requirements.
For example,
when landscaping a new home that had both slope and drainage issues, Cesar
converted the troublesome drainage area into a dry river bed with natural river
rock and boulders.
